How long will it be until you can get out on your new bike?

The information below will give you the average amount of days it takes to ship a product to your door and the best time to contact our support team.

A few things to consider:

  • We ship on business days; Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays.
  • The average shipping time is 3-5 working days from the day you order.
  • Orders received after 12pm will not be processed until the following working day.
  • If you’re ordering one of our award-winning pit bikes or ATVs, you will need to arrange a time to be in to receive your order. For your peace of mind and the safety of your order, these items will be delivered safely and securely on a pallet.
  • Our dedicated courier will contact you to arrange the best delivery date with you
  • Delivery is curb side only.
  • Please ensure that the best and up-to-date telephone number has been provided on your order.
  • Although the vast majority of our customers will get their orders in the time frame stated here, or elsewhere on our site, actual timeframes may vary from region to region.
  • Our friendly team will contact you if they have any questions regarding your delivery.

The information above lets you know the best time to message us. Even if your order hasn’t arrived in that time frame, it’s probably still on its way (and worth the wait).

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated in the cart and for most regions it’s FREE!

We may need to contact you for additional shipping fees for deliveries to Northern Ireland, Highlands of Scotland, remote areas and islands.

These fees are payable before the items are shipped and should you not wish to pay them, you can cancel your order free of charge and upon your request.

Please be aware that shipping is not actually free (we cover the costs), so some deductions may be made in refunds or returns, as per our terms.

Can I track my order?

If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included in the dispatch confirmation email we send to you. The courier and shipment number will be attached to your confirmation.

Please note that tracking is not available until the order is shipped and with the courier.
