As these are second-hand bikes, they were originally returned by customers without opening the package due to delivery failure. The surface of the package was slightly damaged during transportation, some parts of the body were scratched due to transportation. But the frame body was not affected. Please note that the images provided are for illustrative purposes only and may not represent the exact bike you will receive. We assure you that the bike will be in proper working condition upon delivery. However, should you encounter any issues, we kindly ask that you contact us promptly. We are dedicated to assisting you in addressing any concerns to ensure your bike is fully operational.

2 Year Warranty

The warranty period for the product is 2 years, calculated from the date of purchase by the original purchaser (“the Buyer”). Any repairs or replacements during the warranty period will not extend the original warranty duration. The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only. If any damaged accessories are found upon receiving them, please get in touch with us promptly for replacement.
