This product is a customer return in unused, like-new condition. Due to the lack of new sealed packaging, Shipping is available for this item.

If you are located near our warehouse, whether in the same city or state, or if you have a vehicle suitable for transporting the bike, you are welcome to pick up the item in person. Even if you are from a different state but can come to collect the bike yourself, this option is available.

After you place your order, we will contact you by email to arrange and confirm the pickup details. Please ensure you provide accurate contact information at checkout.

2 Year Warranty

The warranty period for the product is 2 years, calculated from the date of purchase by the original purchaser (“the Buyer”). Any repairs or replacements during the warranty period will not extend the original warranty duration. The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only. If any damaged accessories are found upon receiving them, please get in touch with us promptly for replacement.
